MM2560P47C wide band high power amplifiers from Mars RF is one of our star products with stable performace and good feedback. Our connectorized high power broadband amplifier uses SMA connectors. This SMA broadband amplifier has wide-band capability with a frequency from 2.5GHz to 6GHz. The typical gain of this wide band radio frequency amplifier is 47 dB with a power gain flatness ±2 dB typical.
Mars RF designs and manufactures SSPA(solid state power amplifiers ) with excellent performance in terms of high efficiency over ultra-wide working band, high reliability and ruggedness. We support LDMOS/ GaN solution. Moreover, a wide selection of radio frequency power amplifier products is stocked to be available due to 12 production lines and an automatic test platform that ensures quick-turn delivery.

How can we control the quality?
Every Mars RF amplifier must undergo the following tests using state-of-the-art fully automatic testing equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
● Burn-in test with 12 hours of continuous operation at full powewer at room temperature.
● Temp & cycling test from -55℃ to 85 ℃, 5 cycles in total.
● Life Testing
We try to support customers with special requirements regarding other optional tests such as vibration/shock testing.

FAQ
1.Can I use my own logo/part number on the products?
We use laser engraving and can engrave customers' logos for free. If you don’t need the logo, we can print the connector definition content only.
2.Will the product have Chinese characters inside?
Mars RF is open to all overseas customers. There will be no Chinese logos on the outside or inside of our products. We focus on customer experience and strive to become your most trusted power amplifier manufacturer.
