Product introduction

MPM2731P63A is an S-band high power pulsed amplifier operating in the 2.7GHz-3.1GHz frequency range and offering pulse width up to 10μs with duty cycle up to 10%. The amplifier provides 2000 Watts peak output power into a 50 Ohm load. The class c power amplifier efficiency can meet 30%. It is ideal for high power pulse applications or radar system. Mars RF provide amplifier solution for RF frequency jammer(radio frequency jammers) and so on.
Pulse amplifiers are suitable for radar application with frequency ranging from HF to Ku band and output power from several watts to kilo-watts, which are applied to provide wide range or large capacity of power for equipment. Amplifier Protection 

Each Mars RF amplifier has the following protection functions:
√ Over-temperature protection: The solid-state power amplifier produced by Mars RF needs to dissipate heat when the operating temperature reaches 85 degrees Celsius (it will restart at 60 degrees Celsius instead of shutting down directly).
√ Over current protection: When the load of the solid-state power amplifier produced by Mars RF is too low but does not reach a short-circuit state, and the output current exceeds the safe use value of the power amplifier, the overcurrent protection circuit will control the input voltage and output current to allow the power amplifier to always work within the safe range.
√ Over voltage protection: to prevent failures caused by power supply sequencing, sleep mode switching, and voltage spikes.
