Product introduction

The 100W high-power narrowband RF power amplifier module MM085093P50A covers the 850-930MHz frequency band and features high power and high efficiency. This RF power amplifier module offers a gain of 50dB and excellent gain flatness: typically ±1dB, with spurious emissions of -60dBc and harmonics of -15dBc. Mars RF's 100W narrowband module utilizes female SMA connectors and offers wide bandwidth, excellent performance, high reliability, and long life. Made of lightweight aluminum, it offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, is rust-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. Its high reflectivity shields infrared and RF radiation, making it more durable and robust than other materials. Thermal simulations are performed to select the appropriate materials and determine optimal dimensions.
The MM085093P50A features the following built-in protection features:
* Overtemperature protection: When the operating temperature reaches 85°C, cooling is required (at 60°C, the amplifier will restart rather than shut down).
* Overcurrent protection: When the load on the amplifier is too low but not short-circuited, and the output current exceeds the amplifier's safe operating range, the overcurrent protection circuitry controls the input voltage and output current to ensure the amplifier remains within safe operating limits.
* Overvoltage protection: Prevents malfunctions caused by power sequencing, sleep mode switching, and voltage spikes.
