The MM1025P47A is a high-performance broadband power amplifier module from Mars RF. It has a frequency range of 1000MHz-2500MHz and a typical output power of 50W. The amplifier can operate in temperatures between -40°C and 60°C, with a standard storage temperature between -45°C and 85°C. When the temperature reaches 85°C, an overtemperature protection function is activated. Additionally, the module features overvoltage and overcurrent protection.
