RF Broadband High Power Amplifiers MM0830P47C
Product introduction
The broadband high power amplifier MM0830P47C is a multi-octave high power amplifier operating between 800 MHz and 3000 MHz and offering a wide dynamic Range with 50 Watts typical saturated power. The employment of advanced high power devices in manufacturing ensures this module exceptional power performance, long term reliability and high efficiency.
Mars RF optimizes the harmonics from the design aspect, so that this broadband high power amplifier’s harmonics reach the ideal value. And the gain flatness value can reach ±1.5 dB typical values. This microwave sspa operates at currents as low as 6 Amp, so that the product has high efficiency. For the DC interface connector, we have designed a total of 9 pins for this broadband high power amplifier, which are designed according to the functional requirements. A needle is specially reserved, so that if the customer has some special requirements, we can modify the original design of this product.
Finally, this broadband high power amplifier uses a SMA female connector for the RF input/output connector. SMA connectors are suitable for frequency range up to 26.5GHz; It has the advantages of wide frequency band, excellent performance, high reliability and long life.
Mars RF has established a strict and high standard product quality control system and production process quality management system in accordance with the high standard, ensuring that every product of Mars RF has better performance and greater reliability.
