The RF high power amplifier MM0810P47B is a multi-octave RF product operating between 800 MHz and 1000 MHz. It offers a wide dynamic range with 50 Watts typical saturated power, and the power gain value is 47dB. The gain flatness of this high power amplifier is ±1dB, which makes the RF signal range less prone to distortion and provides high signal stability and quality. With an input return loss of up to -10dB, Mars RF's high power amplifiers have the advantage of stable reception and output signals with excellent antenna performance. This RF high power amplifier has an input and output impedance of 50 ohms and can be well connected to the power system.
This high power amplifier uses LDMOS transistors. In RF amplifiers, LDMOS is widely used in communication base stations and mobile radios based on the advantages of low cost, high integrability, and more friendly DPD (Digital Pre-Distrotion). Among them, communication base station is the largest application field of LDMOS.
The internal cavity of this high power amplifier MM0810P47A is made of aluminum, which helps to reduce the weight of the whole RF product, and it also has excellent strength, and corrosion resistance, as well as high reflectivity. It is shielded from infrared and RF radiation and is more durable and robust than other materials.

When the circuit protection is activated, the user should turn off the input signal and power supply, and wait for the high power amplifier to cool down and restart. If the circuit protection is activated again, please check whether the load and temperature are over the limit, and whether the load connection is normal.

The free warranty period of Mars RF's high power amplifier is 3 years.
1. If the customer has the ability to repair, we will provide the parts to help the customer to repair by themselves, this way is more efficient.
2. If the customer does not have the ability or condition to repair, in case of emergency, we will provide brand new products, and the customer will send the damaged products back to us subsequently. 
After the warranty period of 3 years, we will still provide technical support for the customer, the customer needs to provide maintenance costs and expenses incurred.
