This class AB broadband power amplifier module has a minimum saturated RF output power of 20 watts and a frequency range of 700 MHz to 2700 MHz. For applications in the P/L/S frequency bands, this solid state power amplifier (SSPA) with RF in/output impedance matching of 50 ohms offers great performance and good durability. The operating voltage of this class AB broadband power amplifier module is about 28 v with 24v minimum and 32v maximum, while the current consumption is 4Amp typical. this class AB broadband power amplifier is equipped with built-in control and circuit protection, which helps prevent damage and provides a higher level of reliability and safety for the amplifier and the connected equipment under various conditions.
