This class A class B broadband high power amplifier is a high gain rf amplifier offers 49 dB typical power gain with the gain flatness of ±3 dB typical. For the RF connectors, the SMA connector is suitable for frequency range up to 26.5GHz. This kind of Mars RF broadband high power amplifier uses SMA female head, which has the advantages of wide frequency band, excellent performance, high reliability and long life. 1. What is the lead time for Mars RF's power amplifiers?
Most of the power amplifiers' lead time is 2-8 weeks. With inventory available, the lead time for finished products is around 2-3 weeks, and for semi-finished products it is around 2-4 weeks. Usually, we have sufficient inventory to meet your needs. 
2. Do all broadband high power amplifiers need heat sinks and fans?
All RF modules require adequate heat sinks. Fans may also be required depending on the particular module. Mars RF can provide heat sinks, but additional fees are required.
