The Mars' RF LDMOS high power amplifier product has a large dynamic range and operates between 1.5 MHz and 30 MHz, with a typical RF saturation power of 200 watts and RF typical power gain of 53 dB. This RF power amplifier operates while the working voltage is 24v-32v with 28v typical. This high power LDMOS amplifier is intended for use in MF-band and HF-band applications such as test and measurement, EMC, and long-distance wireless communication transmission. The SMA-type female connectors are used for RF input while N-type female connectors are used for RF output.
