MBFS010064M001100B is a high performance, low spurious, low phase noise frequency synthesizer from Mars RF with SMA connector. The MBFS010064M001100B module has an output frequency of 1000~6400MHz and an output power of more than 15dBm in 1MHz steps. It is a key component in electronic systems. The module operates on +5 Vdc and 500mA. This rugged, ultra-small frequency synthesizer has an impressive low phase noise @1kHz offset, -90dBc/Hz and low spurious rejection of -10dBc.
