Model MM2060P47A is a multi-octave high power amplifier featuring a wide dynamic range and a gain of 47 dB. This RF amplifier operates in the frequency range of 2-6 GHz and is suitable for use in the frequency bands of 4-5 GHz, 5-6 GHz, and 4-6 GHz. The saturated output power of this RF power amplifier is up to a typical value of 50 watts, which enables it to operate well in the UHF band. The input return loss of this class AB power amplifier can be designed to achieve a typical value of -10dB, which reflects that the input power is transmitted to the lower chain stage of the energy is larger, the signal transmission ability is strong.
