This Mars RF’s Gallium nitride (GaN) ultra-wideband high-power radio frequency (RF) amplifier typically has a power gain of 51 dB and a saturated output power of 125 watts, operating between 6000 MHz and 8000 MHz. Instantaneous ultra-broadband capabilities of this solid state power amplifier make it an excellent option for C-band, X-band, and Ku-band applications, including test and measurement, jamming, radar, and electromagnetic compatibility(EMC). In this type of power amplifier, the harmonics is -15dBc,  which means that the harmonic distortion level of the output signal has reached very high requirements, making the output signal quality better and meeting the needs of many applications such as wireless communication systems. The DC current is 40 amp. SMA-female type connector is used for RF input and N-female type connector is used for RF output.
