The MM0510P47A is a broadband high power amplifier module operating between 500 MHz and 1000 MHz and offering a gain of 47dB. 
This broadband high power amplifier has a typical operating voltage of 28V, a current of 7Amp, and an output power of 50W. Its gain flatness value can reach ±1.5dB, which greatly ensures the stability of the signal transmission, and can give the user a good experience. Our broadband high power amplifier has excellent harmonic characteristics (harmonic is -15dBc, spurious signal value is -60dBc) and signal transmission. This class AB broadband high power amplifier has a total of 9 pins in the design of the DC interface connector, specially made for the customer's system with some extra reserved pin holes, which can be used with any user's system.
The main advantages of the LDMOS transistors used in this broadband high power amplifier are: a large dynamic RF signal range for linear operation and high instantaneous peak power, which enables them to withstand input over-excitation signals.
