Product introduction
The MM0842P47A is a multi-octave wideband RF amplifier, it has a 47 dB typical power gain and operates between 800 MHz and 4200 MHz. The RF amplifier offers a wide dynamic range with 50 Watts typical saturated power.
The SSPA amplifier has harmonics of -15dBc, an operating voltage of 28 volts typical, a current consumption of up to 13 Amp at 40 watts, and an added power efficiency of 23%.
This high power amplifier is a Class AB power amplifier that delivers linear power over a specified bandwidth with an air-cooled heat sink option. It is ideal for a variety of high power test setups as well as applications such as satellite communication and gallium nitride radar.
The class AB amplifier utilizes Gallium Nitride technology for excellent gain, efficiency and reliability. It is very flexible and available as a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product. This ruggedly designed wideband RF amplifier offers stability and built-in self-protection against reverse polarity and overheating. Our RF amplifier module is designed in a ruggedized enclosure. It is also equipped with standard SMA input and output RF connectors, which have a frequency range of up to 26.5 GHz.
Our RF products include lean firmware with effective monitoring and RF power detector circuit for high efficiency and robustness to ensure safe system operation.
