Product introduction
This Mars' solid state RF subsystem wideband power amplifier MS1060P50A is designed with type-N connectors and rated with a power gain of 50dB. This RF high power solid state amplifier has a minimum frequency of 1000 MHz and a maximum frequency of 6000 MHz and the RF continuous wave saturated output power of 100 Watts.
The output power of this RF amplifier has harmonics of -10dBc at 70 Watts and an input return loss value of -10dB. This rack-mountable RF amplifier supports a subsystem input operating voltage of 220 Volts, a power consumption of 1300 Watts at 80 Watts continuous wave power, and supports CW, AM, and FM modulation types.
This GaN power amplifier is an all-in-one design that is plug-and-play, and its main application areas are RF jamming and communications. The internal cavity of this RF product is made of aluminum, which is corrosion resistant, light weight, and highly reflective, shielding against infrared and RF radiation, and is more rugged and durable.
The RF Input and Output Connectors are type-N Female, which performs well where high power and high performance are required. Type-N connectors are used for connecting coaxial cables. This medium-sized, waterproof, threaded connector was one of the first to support microwave frequency signals. It meets the need for reliable, weatherproof, mid-sized RF connectors with consistent performance, including models that support up to 18 GHz. type-N connectors are used in a wide range of applications where high power-carrying capacity, good RF performance, and the ability to work with larger coaxial cables are required, due to the advantages of their high reliability and good shielding.

The rack-mounted power amplifier MS1060P50A is equipped with a built-in internal forced air cooling system. Some of our products have built-in internal forced air cooling systems, while others require an external fan. We can provide you with an external heat sink, you can choose whether you need it or not according to your own needs. Please consult the factory.
