Product introduction
The narrowband high-power amplifier module MM1113P53A has a frequency range of 1100MHz to 1300MHz, a typical output power of 200W, and a typical power gain flatness of ±1.5dB. It is perfectly suited for radar, electronic countermeasures, jamming, satellite communications, and other fields. This module has the following functions:
Foward Power Monitor:Analog voltage relative to forward power level
Reflected Power Monitor:Amplifier voltage relative to reflected power level
Over-temperature protection: Mars RF solid-state power amplifiers need to dissipate heat when the operating temperature reaches 95 degrees Celsius, (at 60 degrees Celsius it will restart instead of shutting down)
Over-current protection: Mars RF solid-state power amplifiers need to dissipate heat when the load on the amplifier is too low but does not reach a short-circuit state, and the output current exceeds the safe use value of the amplifier, the over-current protection circuit will control the input voltage and output current, so that the amplifier always works within the safe range. The overcurrent protection circuit will control the input voltage and output current, so that the amplifier will always work within the safe range.
Overvoltage protection: used to prevent failures caused by power supply timing control, hibernation mode switching and voltage spikes.
