Product introduction

The MM180400P43B RF amplifier module is an ultra-wideband RF microwave product. It features a wide RF signal range, operating from 18,000 MHz to 40,000 MHz, with a typical saturated power of 20 watts. This high-power amplifier boasts a gain of 43 dB and a stable gain flatness of ±2 dB. Excellent test data demonstrates the stable signal transmission capabilities of this wideband RF amplifier, reducing the user's overall system debugging workload.
This high-power amplifier operates at a typical voltage of 18 V, outputs 30 A DC, and delivers 10 W. This SSPA amplifier utilizes gallium nitride transistors with an internal aluminum cavity, providing enhanced performance and stability.
Mars RF products have a three-year warranty. If a product defect occurs and the customer is capable of repairing it, we will ship the parts to the customer for self-repair. If the customer is unable to repair the product and the situation is urgent, we will replace the defective product and the customer can then ship the defective product back to us. After three years of warranty, we will still provide technical support to customers, and customers need to provide the costs and expenses incurred for repairs.
