Mars RF designs and manufactures RF power amplifiers, RF assemblies & Anti-Drone systems for EW, radar, communications and test and measurement applications. With over 20 years of RF and microwave experience, We provide standard products and custom solutions. Our solid-state RF amplifiers cover 1.5 MHz to 46 GHz, with output power from 5 W to 2,500W. The range includes broadband, band-specific, CW, pulsed and rack-mount designs. In addition, We provide T/R modules, BUCs, frequency synthesizers, RF assemblies and anti-drone systems.
The R&D team has 30 members, with an average of 15 years of RF experience. Mars RF invests 12% of its annual revenue in R&D. Our engineers apply GaN, GaAs, LDMOS and bipolar technologies to meet a variety of needs. They also design power-combining, thermal management, control and mechanical solutions.
We operates a 45,000 m²manufacturing base with 10 production lines and more than 200 employees. The facility can produce up to 2,200 units per month. It also has a 600m²100,000 cleanroom for multi-chip module and microassembly production. The factory uses SMT assembly, laser welding and automated production equipment. Our in-house facilities support RF testing, X-ray inspection, temperature testing and vibration testing. This setup supports prototype validation, repeat production and system integration.
