RF Circulator

Mars' RF Circulators are primarily used in radar, navigation, remote control telemetry, satellite communication, microwave relay communication, mobile relay communication, radio systems, and electromagnetic interference suppression, among other areas. They are particularly well-suited for emerging fields of microwave communication, such as phased array radar. Mars' offers broadband RF circulators covering a frequency range from 1 GHz to 18 GHz with various bandwidths, tailored to meet the requirements of all standard and popular bands in the marketplace.
 
Mars RF specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of a wide range of high-quality RF circulators. These circulators can convert a single-port diode into a two-port device, enabling the negative resistance characteristics of the Gunn diode to be used as an amplifier. Our circulators are subjected to rigorous testing procedures encompassing negative, high, and ambient temperature conditions. Furthermore, we accommodate customers with unique demands by offering customizable testing options to meet individual customer specifications and requirements.
